It is "Numb/Encore"-Jay Z and Linkin Park, or at least that's one of the songs that I've seen. I'm not in the US so you may have seen different commercials than I have. Numb/Encore is a collaboration between Jay-Z and Linkin Park for their songs, Encore and Numb respectively.

I think its Numb/Encore by Linkin Park and Jay-Z. Thats the one I always hear anyways.The other one is In The Air Tonight by Non Point.Here are lyrics:

No it is a remake of the Phil Collins song from the 80's. I think the title is "In The Air Tonight" or something like that. It has the words in it that go: I can feel it coming in the air tonight. I don't know who sings it now but that is it.
