How come I cant play games like Call of Duty 2 on my PC?

I installed the game Call of Duty 2. But when I tried to play the game, it was slow and there was no volume. How can I fix this?

For slow you need some RAM and increase your speed of CPU, but about sound you need to install or upade your sound card driver.
