what do i do when i have a damaged game without its recite and when its past its last day of returning it?

should i go to EBgames and replace it, or should i go to the store that i boughtt it from and replace it

Go to the store you bought it from.. tell them it was damaged when you bought it, and you haven't had time to exchange it..
without the receipt, you may be given an in-store credit only..

with a receipt they'll sometimes do an even exchange...but usually not past the certain amount of days

Try taking it to Wal-Mart and just tell them you don't have the receipt because it was a gift. As long as you wanna exchange it for the same thing, it shouldn't be a problem.
