The worst quality we can have as a person is jealousy. If we are to be jealous of the things others have and not concentrate on the blessings that we have, we'd live miserable lives and even hurt the people close to us. It is not a matter of having less, it is a matter of making the most of what one has. :)

What qualities would a murderer, rapist or peadophile have? The 'quality' that allows them to do that has got to be worse than being greedy or a liar or a bully or a thief. They inflict pain and suffering without care, and on very significant scale.
You might want to consider the qualities of some dictators and also some of our worlds leaders - self righteousness and greed has been the cause of many an atrocity - but being greedy and self righteous doesn't necessarily lead to the pain and suffering of many.

In my opinion the worst quality in another person is, the inability to act outside oneself. Being self centered and only seeing the world and the others in it as it applies to them and their life. I just can't hang with people who exhibit this quality.

Not been able to trust them!
Trust is a quality which covers a large area of different angles of how we would be communicate with people and the opinion we would have of them.

Depends on the person, Just plain mean, spiteful, hateful I suppose.
As far as a single quality probably selfishness....."My wants are more important than your anything", kind of people...
Oh and people who are always right....
