i have a 1990 dodge omni and i have redone all the brakes front and back only thing i have not did is put new brake likes in none of the lines are leaking but if i put all new lines in would it make the car stop beter? please Help

It would only stop better if your present lines are leaking.
You may try just changing the flexible rubber lines first. If you are in an area that uses salt on the road you will probably end up changing the steel lines also. Not a bad idea on a 17 year old car.

If they are not leaking new lines will have no effect on the braking.
If they are rusted and rotted replacing them for safety before they blow out would be a good idea.

bleed the brakes is the best thing to do then try them. the brake lines have nothing to do with stopping power of the brakes

It will only make it stop better if you have a plugged line, if that was the case it wouldn't be stopping well now, or would be pulling to one side. I would say they are just fine.

brake lines direct the hydrulic pressure to the wheels, assuming you have no air in the lines [air causes a spongy pedal] NO!

no as long as there not leaking, it wont make no difference.
