i had avg running and my sbc off when i got hit on yahoo Q&A with a nasty virus-trojen-keyloger.avg did nothing to stop and when ran scan didnt pick it up.turned off & used sbc & guise what?it found and removed most of the infections, and had to get spyware doctor to rid the rest.sbc free is furnished by C.A.=computer assotiates.so based on my experiance,I have to say no=avg YES=sbc free(CA).i heard all the hype about avg and got rid of my sbc &went with avg,& now im replacing my video card from avg not stopping the crap.so you know what to use.

i have software called stop and you buy it over the internet and another one called tune-up.. it cleans our all infections and worms and trogans.. anothe cleans and defragments the computer.. it also corrects errors on the computer.. cleans up unnessary files .scans the computers memery and just does about everything and it is cheaper than having the computer tech come over here.. i caught him one day a sleep...i am very happy with these products i bought on line...it also optimises the computer...i wanted that cause once my youngest son downloaded some porno and i did not want that on my computer at all...i really think you would be happy with these products.. i tried advare and i did not like it.. this puts things in where you delete the virus or invection.. and it quarantined something attached to one of my games.. so i still got to keep the game.. email me if you would want be to tell you what the exact names fo these are.. i only paid for 3 months but when it is time to redo it i am definitely going to... i like it when it says this computer is error free and finds no problems...gives you back more memory you can use to..

Using software such as NortonAntiVirus is much more effective then other providers who don't specialize in making virus-protection.
