my wired modem and webcam working normal with USB. But I canot use it together. Is it USB conflit ?

If it is an external USB port it might not have enough power to support multiple devices. Which is why they will work but not at the same time.

It SHOULD work together normally. You can uninstall and re-install those drivers to solve your problem.
