A lot of us want to say a word to his boss , manager , etc . For a reason or another he couldn't .

I usually manage to talk to my bosses. About the only time I write them, other than emails on issues of work, is to formalize a sentiment that runs along the lines of "I quit".

My recent resignation letter and I end with I quitting because you are not my leader leading your men ! I really felt great now !
