salty egg whites... not as bad as it sounds, but thats pretty accurate... oh, and warm.

Honey no matter what it doesn't taste good. Yeah diet can make it taste better, but it is never good. You just have to close your eyes, swallow, and have a drink at hand until you get used to doing it. Good Luck!
