If you have caller ID, just don't answer the phone when they call. If they catch you off guard, tell them you are walking out the door and can't talk. If they catch you on your cell, tell them your busy and can't talk.

Tell her to stop, if that doesn't work...ever hear of caller ID? It comes in handy during situations like this

well in that situation I wouldn't be rude but tell them straight out that you appreciate them as friends but when he/she calls you all the time it get annoying and tell him/her you would like it if they didn't call so often anymore. remember be stern and get to the point but don't be rude. they probably don't realize that you don't like it.
