He's doing what every top 5 draft choice does, wait until everyone else has signed so they can use the other draftees contracts to boost theirs. It's called greed, but in the end he'll sign with them.

He wants #1 draft pick money, even though he blew his chance to go #1 by asking for too much. Now he wants NO to pay him more than that other kid who went to.....Houston? I think.
