in my opinion true. because he is not a preacher. he helps people through yoga and ayurveda.

Depends on what you mean by "swami". If he is claiming any sort of powers beyond those which you would expect a normal intelligent person to have, he's a fake.

If he takes money and brags on himself and has others adoring and worshiping him than he is most definitely a fake. A true healer is given a gift and is supposed to use it to help others and for the good of humankind and expect nothing in return. Their reward is in the healing of the sick. The feeling you get from helping someone in need is enough pay back.
