Po700 is a generic trans code. The P1714 is an internal controller failure - if my memory serves me correctly. The only way to correct that is replace the trans controller. The trans controller can also kill your battery, if it doesn't go to sleep mode when you turn off your vehicle, like it should. However, it WON'T cause your battery light to come on. Best advise, take it to a shop. If it turns out that it does need a controller, you'll need a better scanner anyways - to run the quick learn for the adaptive memory (set the controller up for your trans) - which I doubt you can get from autozone.

po455 is evap. equipment (gross leak) that ought to element out a hose off or gasoline cap some thing allowing a wide vacuum loss. This has no longer some thing to do with sensors or egr equipment. The evap. equipment collects the vapor out of your gasoline tank. No damage yet received't bypass try. The 161 i don't understand. If it occurs to be po161 then you definately have O2 sensor heater circuit malfunction (bank2 sensor2) monetary corporation 2 is the aspect of your engine opposite #a million cylinder. no longer all engines are an similar. Sensor 2 is the sensor on the outlet end of the cat. converter. it should be a detrimental connection or the sensor ought to pick replaced. Being a 2000 i'd guess replace.

You need to get a code book to tell you what to do with the information that the codes give you.
