i wish said to imigration she not legal she have my documents and dont want give back because she need a new visa,but i dont want because we are separat now.what i can do?

Don't get a lawyer, that would only cost we taxpayers money. Try leaving the country illegally, Baghdad and Mecca are two places worth trying for asylum. Best of British old chap!!

Not a lot. You will be guilty of accessory to the fact. I would give yourself up to the Police. You will probably get a new house, driving lessons, new clothes and a few quid in your pocket. More if you are illegal.

You never said if you are legal?
You aided and abetted her before, so, if she's illegal... how did you get a legal divorce without her documents, to make her become your ex?
Just how are you surviving without documents thus far?

if you are legal, you wont need ur documents from her, leave them with her and go apply for new ones, you'll have them with a week or so.
