I think that the employers who hire illegals should be fined because it is illegal. But look at it this way....Some times illegal immigrants do the work that American citizens would not do. I personally think that they are a big asset to our economy. On the other hand, those employers are taking advantage of their illegal employers by making them work in horrible conditions and long hours. It would be better if there were no illegal employees for their own sake. They just don't have a choice.

Employers that hire illegal aliens should definitely be fined and on repeat occasion be shut down! if not for them we wouldnt have the problem we do now . All they are trying to is get away with slave labor (below minimum wages,no health care,no vacations, no overtime pay and long hours) they overstep our laws more than the illegals do!! this also brings into effect the argument that illegals do jobs Americans don't want to do ..which is a complete lie! Americans will do any job they just need to be payed well enough to do it. thats why we have minimum wage laws these employers are breaking them!!!

Thats a real good idea send all american employers across the border to mexico ill be living in mexico and you will be unemployed! buying chinese and mexican products.

i agree. they need to crack down hard on employers who hire illegals. like fine them lots of money or maybe even shut em down for awhile. bet they'll change their tune then.
