Has a tornado been confirmed in Westchester on Wednesday 7/12?

I'm looking for "official" confirmation.

Yes and F2 was confirmed for the area some say it was 2 separate ones others say one. No One was hurt just a lot of people lost power.

I'm assuming u mean Ohio.....but confirmed tornado's in Carlisle, and I think it was Goshen both were F1- F0. Wilmington was hit really hard too and there wasn't any confirmation of a tornado...
