To retrieve your Product Key/CD key to see if it matches download Magical Jelly Bean Key Finder:

This will also let you change the key to match the sticker unless the installation was with a hacked copy of XP.

The sticker will be full color and will say Windows XP on it.

Why wouldnt it? Unless you installed your own Ver of Window it will be the same
