When you are sleeping you have no control over what you dream about, people fail to realize that. That dream stems from something else. Maybe your love for your best friend, since sex is supposed to be a symbol of love perhaps your subconscious mind is interpreting the "Sex" in the dream as love. I think eventually the dreams will cease but dont be alarmed or upset about the dreams as long as they stay just that--DREAMS! Ive had some odd dreams myself :-) everyone has.

This is the Paris Hilton / Nicole Richie Syndrome
or Ben Affleck / Mat Daman Syndrome
I assume the best friend is the same sex and you are heterosexual. That's a kinky dream, but normal. The sexual part of the dream is shocking, but insignificant with respect to sexual preference. So, this is not some kind of latent homosexual tendency in the recesses of the mind trying to emerge. NOT!
The dream is a form of body language common in rudimentary mammalian behavior signifying dominance and submission role playing.
You may be highly competitive with this friend in physical and mental activities and find it difficult to supersede the friend in a definitive way.
This may also be a form of insecurity you have with the opposite sex, where the friend is better socially and you feel you need to step up your skills. It's could be jealousy or competition for similar opposites. You are friends and you both share desires for the same type. It's kind of like bumper cars.
Without saying anything to the friend, observe their body language when you are together and the opposite sex approaches.
Then secretly arrange for an opposite sex person to approach to talk and focus on you while completely ignoring your friend. This will set off a ballistic response of the best friend and you'll see why the dream is significant.
A good friend is good competition.

Recipe for Friendship
There’s a recipe for friendship that’s old but still true
It’s one that never fails, and I’d like to share it with you.
First, you need someone who accepts you as you are,
Someone who doesn’t need you to be some kind of major star.
Someone who’ll cry with you and share your deepest pain,
Someone who’ll lift you till you can stand again.
Someone who finds your jokes funny and laughs to show it.
Someone who really likes you, and lets you know it.
Someone you’re glad you have all the years through.
This recipe for friendship can be found in you.
I’ll never find another friend to take the place of you.
No one will ever touch my world exactly like you do.
No one who’s quite so thoughtful, no one I cherish so.
No one will mean so much to me, I just wanted you to know!

Things like that happens. Be open to new things. You can't control your dreams though.

It happens sometimes, it is frequently seen on teens, you need to get a boyfriend to stop picturing those things. Keep your mind busy or get professional help.
