Dear Brock,

I am sure you are going to get alot of answers to your question. Many will say the ten commandments everything in the New Testament. However, the entire Bible is the Law of God! The problem is that many do not understand that Christ spoke in parables (Mark 4:34). This is not only when the word "parable" appears, but throughout the entire Bible. When Abraham went to sacrifice Isaac on Mount Moriah that is a parable showing that Abraham is a picture of God the Father. Isaac is a picture of the elect of God (bleoved), and the ram caught in the thicket is a picture of the Lord Jesus Christ. You see the thorns and thistles that bound the ram pictures the sins--remember God cursed the earth after Adam and Eve had sinned. A ram is also a male sheep. The horn of the ram picture that Christ was King of kings. The ram or Lord Jesus gave Himself as a sacrifice for the believers sins to pay for redemption. Remeber when Samson slew the lion? Later when he came back, he found a swarm of bees in the carcass of the lion with honey. Sampson pictures God the Father pouring His wrath out on Jesus (He is the Lion of the tribe of Judah). The bees represent the believers who feed off the Gospel (honey) and do the work of getting out the word of God. The trouble is Brock is that people do not do their homeowork, comparing spiritual things with spiritual things (1 Corinthians 2:13). Let me recommend that you get a KJV Bible and a Concordance. Read the Bible slowly and prayerfully, asking the Lord for wisdom and obedience to that which you read. Here is also a website that may help you: www.familyradio.com. Family Radio has a program called "The Open Forum" where people call in and ask a Bible question. The host then attempts to answer it from the Bible. I do not know where you live but check the website and see if there is a station near to you. I hope this will help you.

So, 10 commandments, obvious. Then the higher law, brought in by Jesus. Remember when the lawyer guy asked Jesus, more or less, what should I do to get into heaven. He answered, Love God 1st then love your neighbor (even those darned Samaritans...) So, do that, and you'll 1st, want to learn about God and His gospel (thus learning His Law by studying the Scriptures and learning about Faith, Repentance, Baptism and the Gift of the Holy Ghost as well as other things/laws [prayer, marriage, children, morality, etc.) Then you love your neighbor, doing unto others as you'd have them do unto you, etc. That, basically, is the Law of God.

LAW: there are over 30,000 Legal Law's on our Book's to support the 10 Commandment's.
Law of GOD: gotta check up on that one. Word's are very Specific in the BIBLE, and the BIBLE is an Interpretation of the WORD of GOD. Later...... Ditto...

Its amasing that ppl refering to 10 comandments while they have no clue what they are. If modern Christian is asked he does not even know all the 10. Plus according to many Christains all you need to be saved as Grace and acceptance. Who cares about 10 or 613 comandments.

I would say the GOD's law is keep followers primitive and uneducated. Why would GOD wants smart ppl in heaven? He prefers idiots. Therefore Christianity and non education do exist.

In the OT alone there are over 600 laws (thou shalt not's) in the NT there are over 100. That is the LAW. There is only one you have to keep to get into heaven without Jesus.. "Be perfect as your Heavenly Father is perfect" Do that and you are in. slip even once and justice must be satisfied. And there is no remission of sin without shedding of Blood... Good luck

The universal law of attraction in which we use our God given gift of free will to attract our own experiences to ourselves with the power of our thoughts, beliefs, emotions, words (verbal and written) and our actions. If these are positive, we get positive experiences in return. If they're negative, we get negative.

The 10 commandments were written by men. Early religious leaders who used them to control the masses through fear-based living.
