Real prayer requires an attitude of gratitude that is done with every breath you take, every step you make. You never stop saying thank you and you are then continually devoting everything you do to a joyous celebration of life. Every thought and action you take is a prayer of some sort. You decide if it is a way of building or taking apart your life by the thoughts you have about it.

Prayer is communication with your Father. Your relationship with him determines how often you pray, and what about. His son, Jesus, never said how often we should pray, but the things we need to keep in mind when praying. (Matt 6:9)

In the Bible, in I Corinthians says to pray without ceasing. I seem to always have a prayer in my heart for something, someone or even just a prayer of thanksgiving for what God has given me. Sometimes, God even wakes me up at night and places a prayer on my heart for someone and I can't get back to sleep until I pray for that person and their circumstances. It really doesn't matter how much you pray, the Bible nor God does not tell you how much to pray or how much.....once you have Christ in your heart, He'll lay your prayers in your heart and you have so much joy that you can't help but to pray.

The Bible tells us to pray without ceasing so I think we should have an attitude of prayer all of the time. I think as often as we think of it, we should pray.

seven days without prayer, makes one weak.
Aren't we suppose to be in constant communication with our Lord? God does not hve a set time limit on prayer. However, we should always do things, prayfully..
Prayers can be as short as merely calling on the name of Jesus.. or we can pray for hours..
God bless..

We are to pray without ceasing. You can go about your day and still be in prayer about something. Try it one day and see how you feel.

Once a day if not more. Honestly, as much as needed. For extra hard days, maybe more prayer is required to make it through.

That's up to you. Pray whenever, wherever, and how many times you want. At least pray sometime. but like I said, it's up to you.
