Welcome to "morning sickness!" This spells do not happen in the morning alone. It can come anytime because you're hormones are going berzerk. Well, that's what's being pregnant does to your body. Take care. Have your pre-natal check-ups. Have multi-vitamins prescribed by your ob-gyn and everything will be fine. Meanwhile, just relax.

Hmm... That could just be the hormones in your body..do you notice if you get dizzy when you are lying down...or is it when you stand up...

I would suggest if you are lying down and want to get up that you get up slowly and let your legs dangle on the side of the bed for a while and then stand up...

If you are sitting...when you stand up don't start walking right away..let yourself get oriented and then start walking..

If you are dizzy when you are lyinf on your back...try lying on your left side...

If this persists I would mention it to my doc next time I had an appointment...

It's probably nothing..just one of those things that happen to you when you are pregnant that they don't tell you about..LoL

Good Luck with the rest of your pregnancy~

i am pretty sure it is , i am only 13 but my mom has had 5 kids ( i am the oldest) and believe me she tells me her problems , but lightheaded and dizziness is what the lucky girls get , usually at 2months u feel nasiated(however u spell that) and like u wanna kill everyone who looks at u lol but anyway no worries that is totally normal but if u come to fainting then call ur doctor.

Yes. Get up slowly. Lay down when you can and stay hydrated so you don't get worse. I forgot about being dizzy until you mentioned it. My daughter is now 18 months. Enjoy your pregnancy.
