~fortunately you have several options. Before, and durning sex you can use one (or several) of many MANY different kinds of birth control including condoms which can be worn by either the man or the woman. spermacide can also be injected into the vagina. before having sex a woman can insert a diaphram or a Nuva ring into her vagina as well as a contraceptive sponge. Birth control medication can also be taken in preparation in many forms including a shot, pill, or patch, but should be started long before intercourse occurs.
But of caurse if you do not know all of this by now than you should just go with the ONLY fool proof method of pregnancy prevention: abstanance. By posting such a question on Yahoo Answers, you are telling me that you are entirely too imature, unexperienced, ignorant, and unprepared to take this step in your life. Stick with your blow up doll.
cheers

The best way to avoid pregnancy is not to have sex. That is the only 100% way to be sure you are not going to get pregnant.
Hopefully you didn't get pregnant this time and hopefully there will not be a next time if you don't want to be pregnant.
If you are having sex, use protection so hopefully you won't get a STD.
Just remember, just because you've had sex one time, or more than one time, does not mean that you have to continue. You can always say no at anytime and stop.
Good luck!
