Looking to buy a "sim" game, What are people´s recommendations?

Sim City 4 is totally addictive, I love it once a week at least! Be aware of the Tycoon games, most are very lame, but cheap!

Real Life. I put on glasses that make everything look pixelated and pretend I'm in an emersive 3-D Sims game with great graphics. I then clean the house, take out the garbage, eat, etc just like The Sims, and The Sims 2. And it doesn't even cost any money!

I have all four for the Gamecube, but if I had to recommend you one, I definitely recommend Sims Bustin' Out. I am so serious, I never get tired of playing that game. At least once every three months when I complete the game, I erase the file so that I can create a new one and do it all from the beginning again. If you mean for the PC, I recommend Sims 2. That tops all PC games.

If you want a game that focuses on characters and tiny details, The Sims is great because you get to control individuals. If you're more interested in things like budget planning, Sim City 4 is a lot of fun. If you want to try running an entire country, Global Power is brilliant (although a little hard to get hold of now).

The sims 2 withe one of the following expansion packs ,
1: The sims nightlife- U buy cars and go to partys GR8
2: The sims university- Your teens go 2 uni GR8
3: The sims open for buisness-Your adult sims make buisnesses
They are ALL REALLY good and enjoyable HOWEVER you need a very fast computer with ALOT of memory!!!!!!!!!

The Sim game I play is called is "Life". It's really cool, and totally realistic! You really need to try it out. Although "Life" doesn't have a cheat where you can get 1000 bucks for typing in rosebud like in "The Sims"....
Sorry if that sounded harsh, I didn't mean for it too, it's just a small joke. I'm sure you have a much more fulfilling life than I do.

I got The Sims 2 for PS2 on Christmas,and I LUV IT! it's so life-like! I truly recommend and only $20.00 for ps2! that's the BEST sims game out too
