like if im fat ,do i do setups in order to get 6 packs or do i wate until im a bit skinny

Your waiting time. You do not lose weight is specific areas by working the musles there. You have to run and slim down alot if you wanna 6 pack. Liek i could do 5000 sit ups per day, but i would still lose weight in my legs not my stomach. I am toneing the muscle there but i will still lose weight where ever my body choses. Try running until you slim way down. But rmember do it the helthy way!

You could do like 50 crunches every other day or just wait until you've lost weight. You won't see your abs until you don't have much fat on top of them.

Doing situps will help you work off the weight. You just won't be able to see toned muscle until you've lost enough weight to be able to see flexed muscle. Good luck!
