hot and moist in summer one of Oregon's warmer towns have a good Shakespear festivals

I was born here.. Its not bad at all. It can be a little boring as you turn into a teenager but other then that its a low crime town. There is alot to do if you like the outdoors you get all seasons so kids can stay active year round.
