My best friend who works with me is very sweet but she is soooooooo lazy. I work for my father and he is very close to firing her. She always comes in late, she nevers really works and she is always taking off of work. Should i warn her or let her take her own lumps.

as a friend and co worker, u should warn her. u can do it gently but get your point across without making her mad. simply explain to her that you don't want to see her lose her job over something that can easily be corrected. go over her job duties with her in case she's just lost and doesn't know what to do, and let her know that she needs to be on time because the rest of u are depending on her. that will let her know that she is an important part of the team.

Giving a friend a job is a bad thing, it always causes problems when one of the friends ends up (like you) realizing hiring her was a mistake, and it might even end the friendship.
You should stay out of it
Let personnel take care of the problem

I had the same problem but with a school project.
You must tell them about it, if they don't listen then what happens will have to happen then you'll have to let her be fired. Sorry

Tell her that she's lazy honesty between friends is always a good idea. Especially if you help her keep her job...

Yes!!! You never work with your friends if you want to remain friends or lend them money, let her get fire , she is not good for the bussiness
