As someone with straight, fine hair, I'm jealous! I wish I had frizzy hair. I've learned to live with my hair though. Straightening frizzy hair is as hopeless as trying to make my hair curly. Find styles that work for the hair that you have!

Well since different ethnic groups have different textures to their hair it really depends on your heritage. Things you can do to Afro-American hair cannot be done to Caucasian hair.
I'm Caucasian and I can tell you what I do to mine....but it won't work if you are a different race.....
I take a home permanent solution such as Toni Home Perm for hard to curl hair and about every 2 - 3 months I comb it through my hair. I comb my hair straight for the 20 minutes you are supposed to leave the permanent solution on then rinse it off and put the neutralizer on following the directions on the package.
Then I use a product called SMOOTH OUT Straightening Gel by Scruples (around $25.00 for 8.5 fl. ounce pump bottle) and put that in my hair before I blow it dry.
I blow my hair dry using a huge round brush and pull it straight while drying.
When my hair is dry I use tons of extra strength hair spray.
Good luck!

I use a combination of mousse and hairspray. Even when my hair gets wet, it needs a little touchup, but it isn't nearly as bad as if I hadn't used any prioduct in the first place! And my hair is super frizzy and prone to static. I wash, blow dry, straighten, mousse and hairspray my hair every other day. Works for me!
