The thing with stress, my friend, is that it is 100% self-generated.
The stress you endure is a product of your own reaction to the events around you. Most stress is based on worry, possibly the most wasteful use of energy imaginable. Every moment we spend worrying about problems is just that much less time spent generating solutions.
So, fine, with our new goal being finding solutions, we wonder how... My inexpert recommendation can be summed up in one simple word: Perspective.
In order to gain perspective, one must be able to separate themselves from a situation, step back, and do whatever necessary to view an event as a whole - that is, everything that happens to us is a start-to-finish process that begins somewhere and ends somewhere. When you find yourself able to perceive the A to B to C nature of your problems, you are capable of seeing the individual flaws as the small oversights that they are, and then able to address what needs to be addressed.
Step back, friend.

Life itself is a very complicated thing,one has to live it that is why one wants to have friends ,boyfriends so that one could find a good partner to lead a good life,parents are there to help you in case of need,and in the end without stress life can not be better.
