She's into anime and stuff but I have no idea what to get I am at a complete loss please help EMERGENCY!!!

well, she's your friend, so im not sure what she'd like, but heres what i suggest. maybe you could buy her some shoelaces and a CD, then wrap the shoelaces around the CD and presto! a cute gift she'll love. ovbiously, buy her a CD she will listen to and her some cute shoe laces.

If your friend had a gaping wound or a broken limb, or was trapped in the ruins of her house following a natural disaster, THAT would be an emergency.
Deciding what to buy her for her birthday does NOT qualify as an emergency.
Why don't you just use your knowledge of what she likes to select a gift for her? If she does not appreciate it, then there is no reason why you should still be her friend.

Go to your local video store and buy her an anime movie. Akira is one of the best, and Spirited Away is great as well. Hope it helps.

go to Suncoast Video in the mall and buy her Invader Zim on DVD.
Or they have a big Gir stuffed animal, my daughter loves it.
Probably not anime, but cool nonetheless

If you know which movie/series she likes then get her a couple DVD's or a box set. Or when all else fails, a gift card.
