ARES galaxy is the best, I had to remove Kazza from my PC is was giving me spy and add ware all the time, Kazza sucks !!

BitTorrent works well, is cross-OS, and has many of the benefits of P2P networks. I wouldn't recommend downloading software from anywhere unless it's the windows market place or downloads.com, any programs like limewre, have a high risk of bringing in virus or spy-ware.

i think Bittorrent is the best option if you're looking for software, full CD's, movies and stuff like that =) i use bt all the time and i never got a single virus
