As you have read, saying sorry is the only thing you can say. Also let her know what was going through your head and how you felt. You were mad, upset, and then after wards felt horrible for saying it. She should understand that you were both mad, and may be forgiving. But you also need to show that you are sorry. Take her out to eat, or if short on funds have a picnic. Have a romantic evening. You never know you may even have some grrrrreat make up sex if you romance her and charm her into forgiving you. Good luck.

Something alone the line of "I'm sorry honey". After that embellish to your advantage while being sincere and honest. Talk to her about it and what made you call her names. Her forgiveness will depend on the extent of which she was hurt. A woman's sensitivity is a fragile thing. Know that. Try not to say bad things to her in future.

Doesnt matter , because after you say things that are harsh u can never really take them back, you can appologize, but she'll never forget how cruel you were in that moment and what harsh things you said, your best bet is to learn from this and not to get so angry that you cant control what you say to her.. alot of damage can be done when people are angry and if you cant control what you say when your mad, then you need to just not talk at all during that moment till u calm down..

Let the day pass and let frayed tempers cool. Next morning make a cup of coffeee for her. Give her coffe and say sorry. Buy a gift for her and may be flowers too if she likes it. Take a vow never to repeat such behavior.A good partner is sacred God-send. Never slight or hurt her.

Marriage Counceling
Sometimes "I'm sorry" too many times really looses the meaning, maybe there are some underlying issues that need to be recognized and worked on, in order to continue a peaceful marriage.

Apologize. Let her talk about how it made her feel. When she talks, just listen, dont try to fix her problems unless she specifically asks you to. Most of the time all we need to do is get things off our chest to feel better, and if you keep trying to fix the problem instead of really listening, it frustrates us. Try not to resort to that kind of argument again. There are better ways. I suggest picking up some relationship books.

I'm sorry, I was calling you the names I thought about myself. You don't deserve to be treated like that. I will show you the respect you deserve from now on. You only get to say it once if she's going to believe it. It's a one shot deal so you have to mean it.
