You should sit her down and talk with and see if she wants to go to a local health unit and get started on some type of birth control. Your sister is probably going to have sex anyway,Just tell her about pregnancy and different types of birth control methods. There are to many diseases going around.

You sound guilty for not saying anything. Don't be. You can't control what other people do. You only control what you do. Learn a lesson from this and try to be as supportive to your sister as you can be. Just tell her that you love her and are there for her if she needs to talk.

It really depends on how old your sister is to whether or not you should have said something. She will need your support regardless. So congradulate her and then let her know you'll be there for her. Family is everything. And children really are a gift.

Just because you caught your sister having sex it does not necessarily mean that she is pregnant. You may just be jumping the gun, wait to see if she misses her period then be concerned for her.

First of all, how old is your sister? She will need your support no matter what. Encourage her to make all the right decisions and let her know you are there for her.

my sister is too but in a much different situation she planned for it and is married so I do not know what to say but congratulate her! She probably needs support over criticism.

Don't judge her. If she is not ready to be a mother yet, help her to get the help she needs. If she is ready, then be there by her side and help her all you can. If she is young, let her tell your parents, it will be alot better than you telling them. Stand by her side along the way.

Depends on her age? Yes me personally would have said something to her, make sure she knows how to protect herself and what happens when you have sex(like STD's and pregnancy) but truthfully you prob couldn't have stopped her
