Are you are searching for food that burns fat really. Actually there is no food that really burn fat, but there are some foods that help you to lose weight.
* Water
Water is the most effective foods to lose weight. It's not about drinking tons of water - you just need to drink about 6-8 glasses a day. Keeping hydrated increases your metabolic rate and suppresses appetite - which slows weight gain.
* Fiber
Foods with fiber make you feel full longer and eliminate sugar cravings - in essence, reducing how much you eat. Fiber-rich foods include beans, fruits, vegetables, and whole wheat pastas & breads. In addition to losing weight, 20-30 grams of fiber a day can help reduce risk of heart attacks and cancer.
* Dairy Foods, 3-4 servings a day
Researchers have found that 3-4 daily servings of milk, hard cheese and yogurt, in conjunction with a calorie-restricted diet, can help lose weight and burn fat faster than a low-calcium/low-dairy diet. It is believed that calcium and other components of dairy foods nearly double the rate of weight loss.
* Green Tea
Green tea can also help you burn fat by increasing your metabolism. Brimming with helpful antioxidants, researchers suspect that green tea can also fight heart disease and cancer.

First of all diet is the most important part of the plan. Low fat and 5 to 6 small meals a day. Interval cardio training = bring heart rate up and down during your cardio session. Go hard for a minute or two and slow down for a minute to bring your heart rate down. Then bring it back up, then slow down and continue for 30 minutes. Also weight lifting burns calories all day because you have taxed your muscles and while they are recovering the are using a lot of calories. 30 lbs. in a month may be a bit lofty though.

You can't lose a pound a day. You'd have to burn 3500 calories more than you're taking in, each day.
That's 7-10 hours of powerwalking, jogging, or running.
