Cheap is not always better in buying makeup. I suggest buying Mary Kay products because they are great products and also have a money back guarantee. You can get blush for $10, lip gloss for $13 and eye shadow for $6.50. Also a little goes a long way

They have a store in some of the area Outlet malls called the Cosmetic Company Store and they carry many different brands of make-up such as clinique and Estee Lauder and I know Clinique always has what they call "bonus time"(where they offer free samples with a purchase of that type of make-up,normally with a purchase price limit) at most leading Department Stores and the Cosmetic Company Store carry these "bonus time " packages that does not require a purchase of anything else and you can buy them for a special price. They normally come with a make-up bag too and they usually have several different ones to choose from. They also have good prices normally 3 or 4 doallrs cheaper than at the department stores.

Mary Kay is great! If you become a consultant you get to buy it even cheaper, plus they are always coming out with great new products. They just came out with lip cremes, they go on like lip gloss but cover like lipstick. If you have a consultant they can help you pick out many different looks for you and if you don't like the color after trying it you can return it.

Take a look at the many different products we have.

Mary Kay! You get a consultant who will work with you to discover the colors and formulations that are best for YOUR skin tone and type. AND you can get your money back. check 'em out. Oh yeah, and you get your products ON THE SPOT. You don't have to wait a week or so for them to come to the consultant and then schedule a time when you can either pick them up or have them delivered. I've been using it since I was nineteen...sadly, that's over fifteen years now....

I would go to a department store, there are testers there and professionals who can give you advice. You don't have to buy there if the price is too high, but you can get a good idea of what color to look for and buy something similar in the drugstore.

Have a look in Supermarkets. In the UK, Tescos does it's own range of beauty products which are excellent but really cheap, and they also stock name branded stuff like Loreal, maybelline and rimmel.

Drugstores are the best for finding the in-store brands but Sephora rocks and has all the best makeup you could ever want.

Mary Kay is great and it's not too expensive either. Plus, you get the personal assistance of a Beauty Consultant, and you can try it before you buy it. Go to www.marykay.com to find one in your area.
