sure, why not. Let's put it this way. "would you go out with a guy if he had a horrible heart but a really normal personality?"
being 'weird' means he doesn't care what anyone else thinks about him. He's confident with himself. These are GOOD things!!

Depends on his personality, and whether you don't care about his personality or you like his personality, or his good heart outweighs his weirdness. If the weirdness doesn't bother you day in and day out or after a long period of time - go for it.

How weird? Like Steve Urkell weird? Kramer weird? Weird Al weird? Does he eat bugs or collect lint or play with Barbies?
Or is it just that he has unusual taste in music and clothing? Maybe an odd sense of humor? Being original isn't weird...
If he's just uniquely himself, then go for it....but if he's anything like the ones named above, I'd run.

yea, at least give him a chance. you may appreciate him being different from everyone else, especially yourself. you can never change a guy to have a good heart, so thats certainly something you should hold on to. unless the weirdness is dangerous or creepy.

You described me perfectly, shorty, and women did go out with me. And most of them knew that I am REALLY weird, and they still went out with me. And, yes, they went out with me more than once. They liked the fact that getting to know them was my priority, not getting them into bed. If that's not weird, then nothing else is. :-)
So, considering, I'd bet that you'll like the guy.

Can you please add additional details on what makes his personality weird?
I've dated guys that others would prolly consider weird, sure. A good heart is certainly important.

As you get older you will learn that the two will both be important, because if you are gonna marry someone they better be able to make you laugh, cause thats it honey, no more other men!!
