Very true. Don't reproduce until you see clear evidence that you are in a stable life situation. You may not wish to marry either. To do anything to obligate you to live, be or stay in your current environment (which you don't like?); would be a mistake at this time. To marry there would/could double your problem and half your chances of being able to more easily go elsewhere in the world.
Think constantly of your dreams for a better life. Visualize what you want and plan always; and in all ways to get free from your situation. Stay focused on your goal to have a better life and see "all things" for what they may do to serve or not serve your goals and ideals. Follow your strongest motivations and desires seeded by what your Heart of hearts tells you is the right thing to do. Good luck to you. You will prevail if you do/sustain in these things.

I saw one of your other questions. First rule to not being poor at a young age: DON'T HAVE CHILDREN.

Best way to change your life? Move.

Join a club, something that interests you: photography, movies, music, acting, history, nature, environment, etc.

Russia has expanding markets in world trade and I here they are looking for people with just your education and skills. I would try moving there. It would take learning a new language, but you could reap the benefits from their booming economy.

WORK HARD, MAKE REALLY HIGH GRADES AND SEND OUT RESUMES. MANY COUNTRIES WILL BRING IN TALENT TO FURTHER THEIR OWN PROGRESS.

LEARN ABOUT AS MUCH AS YOU CAN SO YOU WILL HAVE AN EASIER TIME BLENDING IN ANY COMMUNITY, JOIN ORGANIZATIONS AND CREATE A LARGE CIRCLE OF CONTACTS. SOMETIMES IT'S NOT WHAT YOU KNOW, BUT WHO YOU KNOW.

GOOD LUCK
