If someone breaks into your home and you feel threatened you
have the legal right to shoot them. But we would be" wrong" to
say that about someone doing just that to our country I say shoot anyway.

I suppose it comes down to the definition of home.
If you mean where you live, your protection from the world, and your castle, then breaking and entering is pretty serious business as it threatens your basic rights of protection. There are definite laws that are useful in prosecuting the perp(s).
If you mean the country you live in, as in "My home is the good old USA", then your personal protection is not specifically threatened and different laws are in effect.
So I don't think breaking and entering is the argument for stopping illegal immigrants.

If a violent criminal with bad intent breaks into my house, they better be prepared to risk losing their life.
The cost of violent crime can be high and should be paid by the criminals, not the innocents upon whom they prey.
I don't agree that the same is true of illegal immigration. The intent of those persons is very different.

If someone broke into my house they'd find themselves staring at the barrel of my pistol. Yeah a criminal is a criminal. Doesn't matter if they broke into your house or crossed the border illegally. They are breaking the law and should be dealt with appropriately

I completely agree with you. I believe that the issue of Illegal Immigration has gotten way beyond of being out of hand. There has got to be a stop to it. I often wonder how they would feel if we were to just start going to their countries illegally, and taking their jobs away from them.

ppl break into homes to do something illegal obviously. ppl who "break into" this country are only looking for a better life for themselves and their family. this country was built on immigration. america is the land of freedom and opportunity. why should that change?

If someone broke into my home while I was there, then they would die. No questions asked. If I ran America, illegals wouldn't be a problem.
