IM PLANNING TO DONATE AN EGG TO MY SISTER , I NEED TO GET SHOTS OF HORMONES FOR A WEEK, BUT I HEARD THAST IT CAN BE BAD FOR ME ??

It can be somewhat risky. Donating eggs to your sister is admirable, and you will be donating multiple eggs, that's the reason for the hormone treatments, to bring several eggs to maturity at once. As long as this is done under a doctor's supervision with monitoring of the process, you should be all right, if any thing does go wrong the doctor can stop the hormaones and treat any problem. You and your sisiter must decide between yourselves if the benefits out weigh the risks. Go togethor to the doctor and discuss all this with him, get all the information you can and make your decision based on that.

Yes, it's very bad. You could do irreparable harm to your body. You could become sterile. You could go into a "roid rage." Stay away from that stuff! It's very dangerous!
