Fad diets are a POOR idea. At best you'll lose some weight temporarily, at worst you could seriously damage your health. The best way to lose weight, and keep it off, is to make a lifestyle change. Eat sensibly (healthy foods, moderate portions) and exercise, exercise, exercise. It's okay to "treat" yourself to a no-no food or meal now and then...and you'll tend to enjoy it more that way too.

Juice is good to drink but not good for diets. It is made up mostly of sugars and carbohydrates, and if you're trying to lose weight it won't work well. It's best to go on a protein diet and get as much protein as you can in your diet. That way you won't feel hungry for long periods of time. Make sure you excericse with this diet.
Good Luck! Stay determined...

it works but be careful because there are a lot of sugars in juices, so you have to combine that with exercise.
Also dont drink this junk called Jamba Juice, they have insane amount of carbohydrates.
Instead, make your own from fresh or frozen fruit and protein powder and apple juice.

I tried it, and was supposed to do it for 5 days, but by the 3rd day I was so hungry and tired of the fruit taste I couldn't finish, i did lose 5 pounds on the 3 days, but I understand it was water I had lost and not fat.
this might help . .....

Both approaches to weight loss may promote rapid weight loss, but not permanent fat loss.
