the stepmaster is awesome..though a killer on my knees. I also use the treadmill on an incline.

smiple squats and knee bends a 100 a day, will save you money.

Squats, lunges, dirty dog (my drill Sergeant called it that I don't know that it is actually) were you are on all fours and do leg lifts.
