I am 10 my height is 4 "53" I weigh 67.5 am I in good shape

It really depends on your body size, bone density, muscle mass, etc. Don't get sucked into the "weight frenzy" that most people do. Just eat a healthy diet with minimal fatty foods (though an occasional one is okay, it's fine to live a little) and keep active. You're only 10, go outside and play!
