Probably so, although like with other diets you might want to ask your doctor first. I have used exercise regimens out of men's fitness magazines before and they didn't hurt anything, It's just a little more intense than those you find in women's magazines (the reason I use the men's magazines, you get a beter workout).

I subscribe to Men's Health magazine. I think it is fine as long as you realize..that women normally need less calories than men. For example, if the diet says 2,000 calories..you may want to cut back to 1,800 instead.
As for fitness, I would think it would be fine...although weights may need to be slightly lighter for some abdominal exercises depending on your fitness level.
Good luck.

the basic principles are the same--
like multiple meals (i.e. 6 small meals in a day) with good carbs (wheat bread, whole oats, etc) and good protein (skinless chicken breast, salmon, etc) and plenty of fruits and veggies
men and women are both humans--and humans benefit a lot from eating right
so overall i think it will be fine

Of course. As long as she is cautious that the diet plan is still meeting her individual needs for enough nutrition.
