Of course you can. If you think you might still be spotting you should just wear a tampon, just in case.
FYI - you can swim when you are on your period. Just wear a tampon and brings extras to change.

As long as ur completely done I dont see why not! Some women swin while on their period they just use tampons or a product called "instead"

Yes, but make sure it's fully gone because even after a day it can come back for just a bit and go for sure.
