Now a days there are lots of ways you can tell. You can get a fertile focus microscope for a saliva sample, you can get ovulation tests, or a basal thermometer or you can just get to know your body, when a woman is fertile your cervix has this discharge that gets very strechy, but not all women do so.....check this website out for more information about it.... www.babycenter.com
Ovulation does not happen 2 weeks after your period all the time, it can happen as soon as 8-10 days after your first day of your period, sometimes it happens very late, almost close to your period so....it is very important that you get to know your body

Normally women are most fertile about 2 weeks after their last period, which should be 2 weeks before your next one too.

you can buy a fertility test at the drug store just like a pregnancy test try cvs or erkerd

About 2 weeks after your period is when you ovulate. That's the best time to find out!
