The Kabuki dance is a dance in traditional Japanese theater. These traditional Japanese dancers can teach whoever they want to dance, and whoever wants to dance can approach them. Thus, if an Eskimo wanted to learn how to dance in the Kabuki style, they could go to any Japanese dancer who knew how to dance in the Kabuki style. Therefore, any Japanese Kabuki dancer can train an Eskimo to dance.

I am not a Kabuki dancer, but you may find one in Japan or in your local Yellow Pages.
