An unknown assailant- those who say her parents are idiots. The DNA found in her underpants didn't belong to anyone in her family, neighborhood, friends, etc. The police wanted to solve the case and refused to look at the evidence that pointed to an intruder. Unfortunately because Jon Benet often appeared in beauty contests, she was a very like target for a predator.

This little sweet child actually had two perps responsible for taking her life, that fateful Christmas Eve. I've noticed others pointing at the parents. These people are, in my opinion, either totally unfamiliar with the particulars in this matter, or perhaps employed in some faction with the Colorado Police Dept. or District Attorney's office. I sincerely hope these ignorant S.O.B.'s never have to live though the living hell that is the Ramsey's reality. Perhaps the only thing that could crush and devastate the Ramsey's lives more then they already had been, is to have an incompetent police force leak to a hungry media circus that you, on Christmas Eve, entered your four-year olds bedroom, stun-gunned her, carried her to the basement, proceeded further by vaginally violating her while repeatedly garroting her to the very brink of death, then finally snuffing out her life entirely and leaving her body there and retiring to bed. Oh, by the way, we need not mention the shoe print evidence, the D.N.A. recovered from under her finger-nails, the seminal body fluid, the basement window showing signs of being recently traversed and so on... May I suggest a mandatory read for all you uninformed. the author formerly headed up the F.B.I.'s "subject profiling" dept. at Quantico. Here's a clue...his first name is "John". Oh yeah he's not blaming the parents for a damn thing!

somebody got into that house and killed her.......they had big party weeks before and had all kinds of people over there....someone come back and i believe the ramseys but the police cant catch every body that does horrible things like this

her older brother. the parents knew who had done it, worked all that night to cover it up to protect him and have worked very hard since at keeping it covered up.
