January?? Well you'll have no problems at all if you start now. Honestly and truthfully....as much as you don't want to hear it, diet and exercise is really the best way to lose it. I know there are a lot of diet pills out there, but there is no real "magic" pill to get rid of it. Make sure you eat a balanced diet with plenty of water, cut down on refined sugars and exercise your heart out....at the very minimum 3 times a week for 20 minutes, but it is recommended to exercise 5 times a week for at least 30 minutes or more. It is do-able and you have to realize that execise and diet is a life style change; if you are willing to be serious and committed you can acheive your goal. You can do it! Good luck!

Exercise, eat 5 to 6 small portions of food a day (about the size of your fist) and drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. Also get plenty of rest and try to reduce your stress level.

People here are saying sit ups, but you can't SPOT train. Pilates works your whole core and makes your stomach and everything else tighter. Running is also one of the best ways to get rid of a jelly belly.
