I should start in almost exactly two weeks. Is this just me ovulation? It's been happening for years.

menstrual cramps are caused by contractions of the uterus as it expels its unneeded contents, and also the by the passage of clotted blood through the cervix. 2 weeks prior could be something else.

i think it's normal i get crampy too before i get mine. My sister in laws the same way only she gets sick before she gets hers. But everything should be fine but if your worried about just have a check up with your doctor.

no.go see a doctor.It could be anything.And it's best to know what it is and make it stop and live a normal life.
