I think the male should have just as many rights as the female does, but abortion might not be right for the girl. The male could go to court and sign away all the rights to the child and thus paying child support after the baby is born.

A guy raping a girl is almost physically impossible. And even when the guy rapes the girl, usually the girl won't get pregnant (usually). I've been raped more than once, by different men.

yes,he should to . At least have the right to not have to support the kid if he wants nothing to do with it, if she has it against his wishes, in this case.
