CD burners are hardware and need to be bought. The program usually comes with the hardware. If you need to buy a burner I would try OfficeMax or Office Depot. (Even Best Buy would be a good place to look.)

If you already have the hardware do this:
1. http://www.google.com
2. cd burner software

Possible sites to check if you do not want to do the above:
1. http://www.Roxio.com
2. http://www.adensoft.com
3. http://www.cheetahburner.com
4. http://www.burn4free.com
5. http://www.nero.com

I have used Roxio and Nero before and find them acceptable.

A cd burner is a piece of equipment. Most people buy them installed in a computer or CD recorder. Maybe you mean software?

A CD burner is a physical item, so you can't download it, you'll need to go to the store to purchase one. It'll come with all the software you need to use it.

You don't need to download it. Just enter a blank disk into the drive, open up Windows Media Player and then Burn it. If you don't have WMP, try: http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/download/AllDownloads.aspx?displang=en&qstechnology= from there just choose the program that will work on your computer. (But half the time, WMP is on your computer unless there was a File that you, or the company, did not install.)
